Birchall Blackburn Law wins awards at The ESTAS

A North West law firm has been recognised for its outstanding customer service by the largest independent customer service awards scheme for conveyancers in the UK.

Birchall Blackburn Law took home a total of 11 awards at The ESTAS 2017. Winning in the national and regional conveyancing categories, including gold for the best regional conveyancer group.

The ESTAS determine the best property professionals in the UK based on feedback from clients who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their conveyancing firm.

Partner and head of conveyancing at Birchall Blackburn Law, Michael Foxford, said: “We know that more often than not our customers are looking for more than just a competitive price, they’re looking for an expert that ranks high in customer reviews.

“After listening to our clients and their needs, we have spent the past year investing in our client experience offering. Through different training and development programmes for our staff we have kept our services relevant.

“We’re particularly proud to have been named the winning firm in so many categories at The ESTAS because the judges are our clients, people who have experienced our service. These award wins are testament to the incredible work all our offices do and to the commitment and talent we have as a firm.”

Simon Brown, founder of the ESTAS, added: “We live in a world where the consumer decision making process is influenced more and more by customer reviews, so The ESTAS provide a kite mark of excellent service for any property professional involved in the home moving process.”

The award ceremony was hosted by TV property expert, Phil Spencer, on Friday 20 October 2017 at Grosvenor House in London.

In July 2017, Birchall Blackburn law triumphed at The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards, being recognised as the conveyancing firm of the year – North of England.
