New mortgage provider helps locals onto housing ladder

A trusted Lancashire-based mortgage advisory company with over 15 years experience is opening a new office in Southport on 30 October. Based on Hoghton Street in the centre of the town, the new branch of Key Mortgage Advice will join existing offices in Preston and Garstang.

The team at Key Mortgage Advice will include two new locally hired administrators, joining an existing advisor also from Southport. They will be welcoming potential home buyers to pop by for a free, no-strings consultation. To celebrate the new opening, during November, all those taking up a mortgage will be entered into a prize draw to win a generous £300 payment towards their house-moving legal fees.

Company director Sharon Duckworth commented: “We are very excited to be opening in Southport.  We have watched incredible growth in this area, with house prices increasing during the last year by more than 6%, vastly over performing compared to the national figure of 1.39%*

“It is easy to see why, with a quick look around Southport, there is much to attract homebuyers – a lovely coastal location, excellent quality housing stock, easy access to both Liverpool city life and the beautiful Lancashire countryside.  This area is a real hotspot and we are keen to help first time buyers and those further up the ladder to get the best possible mortgage or remortage deal.”

To make an appointment for a free of charge consultation with a highly experienced advisor, call 01704 829888. Key Mortgage Advice offers jargon free, handholding support and guidance to get you through the potentially choppy waters of house buying. The company can access the entire market to secure the best deals on standard mortgages, remortgages, buy to let, lifetime and commercial mortgages.
