Lantei Awards Evening a sign of the company’s growth

On Saturday October 7th 2017, Lantei Compliance Services displayed their appreciation for its employees when they held their first Employee Recognition Awards at The Samlesbury Hotel in Preston, Lancashire.

The Awards Evening was a first for Lantei Compliance Services and was held to celebrate its employee’s achievements and charity over the past 12 months.

Upon arrival Lantei employees were greeted with drinks and canapés followed by a three course dinner and entertainment that included live music, casino tables and even a magician.

In 2016/17 Lantei raised over £10,000 for St. Catherine’s Hospice. The Lantei Awards Evening 2017 presented Lantei with a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness for this year’s chosen charity ‘The Alzheimer’s Society’. Lantei CEO Anthony Smith expressed the importance of the charity when he addressed Lantei employees during a speech on the night.

Prior to the Awards Evening, Lantei employees attended the Annual Lantei Conference. This provided employees the opportunity to acquire a further insight into the company’s mission, vision and values. The day reflected on the company’s accomplishments over the past 12 months as well as raising awareness on Lantei’s mission for 2018.

Lantei CEO Anthony Smith believes The Lantei Awards Evening 2017 symbolised the momentous growth of the company “I started Lantei in 2010 with nothing more than a four grand credit card and The Awards Evening has amazed me as to how far we have come and grown, with over 150 people in attendance last night I am one very proud person indeed.”

The Annual Conference and Awards Evening was without a doubt an enormous success and Lantei employees have already begun counting down the days until the next Lantei Awards Evening in 2018.
