Four New Apprentices Join Taylor Patterson

Taylor Patterson continues to grow with the appointment of 4 new apprentices to their Financial Services Apprenticeship development scheme.

The programme is an extension of the successful programme developed in recent years by Mattioli Woods plc. The Preston office is the first office outside of Leicester to run the programme, which was recognised by Leicester City Council’s Apprenticeship hub as being the Employer of the Year in June.

Having exhibited at the Lancashire Apprenticeship Expo earlier this year, Taylor Patterson were able to promote their new development scheme to school and college leavers which resulted in a large number of applications to the programme.

Luke Catterall, Lauren Hughes, Rebecca Bennet and George Powell will be providing addition support to our client administration teams having joined following successful exam results from local colleges across Lancashire.

The apprentices are all based within our support teams providing valuable administration support to our wealth management advisers and clients. During their apprenticeship year they will be developing their financial services knowledge and skills whilst working towards their Certificate in Financial Services.

Louise Potter, Office Manager commented “Apprenticeships are becoming an increasingly common way into work and we are committed to fully integrating our apprentices into the organisation. We are always on the lookout for future talent. It’s the individuals who show excellent communication skills, problem solving ability and a drive to succeed who get our attention and we are very much looking forward to seeing these young people grow and develop.”
