Henderson joins Halo as Head of Telesales

Experienced telesales manager Lee Henderson is to head up the sales team at fast expanding Halo Connect, Preston.

Lee, 24, from Oldham, joins the provider of bespoke telecoms packages as head of telesales from a similar position at Fibrecloud. During his time with the Manchester based business, he oversaw the telesales team grow from three to 38 employees.

“Lee has extensive experience of the telecoms industry, and in particular Virgin Media Business broadband, which is a key part of our business.” said Halo Connect director, Jonathan Walker.

“We’re delighted to welcome someone with his passion and expertise to our team and look forward to him passing on his experience to our growing telesales team.”

Lee, who has also worked at Unicom as a team leader, will be working with members of the Halo Connect Academy, helping them to understand the products in Halo’s portfolio and develop the skills needed to be a success in their career.

The new recruit said: “I’m really excited about the how the hosted products offered by Halo can help small businesses operate more efficiently and effectively. I can’t wait to pass on my experiences of these products to our new and existing staff and ensure they are confident about talking to potential customers about them.

“I’ve seen already what a supportive team there is at Halo, and I am looking forward to playing a key role in the Halo Connect Academy training programmes to help our current and new staff perform to the best of their ability, helping Halo to grow further in the future.”
