National Care Group enhance management team

“National Care Group, a highly acquisitive business in the Care Sector, are delighted to announce that Susan Eke, Financial Controller and Chloé Moore, Group HR Manager have joined the business to enhance our Management Team and will be based in our new head office at The Globe, Accrington.

Susan

 

Susan is a qualified accountant with over 25 years` experience in accounting and finance.  She has experience in both practice and industry and has worked in a variety ofsectors.   She says about joining the team, “After six years in the communication sector, the opportunity arose for me to move into health and social care.  As someone who loves being around people and helping others, it was an easy decision to make.  I am eager to use my skills to assist NCG in providing high quality care to people, both young and old, with a range of disabilities.” 

 

Chloé Chloé is an experienced HR Generalist working at Senior Level.  Having worked in entrepreneurial led SME’s to FTSE 50 companies she has had exposure to a wide variety of opportunities enabling her to develop her skills as a coach and mentor, facilitator, communicator and problem solver and a commercial & confident leader.  Having achieved measurable success in each role she has demonstrated a strong ability to think strategically.  Upon joining NCG Chloé’s says, “I love working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment so am looking forward to getting stuck in – I am sure I will be needed to hit the ground running!  NCG is an exciting business who are able to think out the box to make us the best in our sector.”
