Nublue Shortlisted for Two Northern Ecommerce Awards

Lancaster based ecommerce agency Nublue has been shortlisted for not one but two prizes at this year’s Northern Ecommerce Awards, in the categories of Best Sports, Leisure, Toys eCommerce Website and Best B2B eCommerce Website for their work on the Clubline Football website and B2B fuelfighter.co.uk.

Magento built football website, www.clublinefootball.com has been shortlisted after Nublue revitalised the design and improved user experience on the site, adding personalisation options and in-turn, increasing conversion, sessions and transaction figures.

The second shortlisted website, www.fuelfighter.co.uk was designed and built by Nublue in cake PHP – a rapid development framework that enables the creation of completely bespoke and unique systems. This allowed Nublue to offer Fuel Fighter flexible working solutions and better control over how orders are received and processed.

Nublue’s MD, Michael Ashworth said: “It’s always fantastic news to be shortlisted for an award but to be shortlisted for two is even better and a testament to the excellent work our team consistently produce. We’re looking forward to hearing the outcome in October”.

The Northern eCommerce Awards will be held in Manchester on the 11th of October.
