diddi dance Franchise Scoops Award at Annual Conference

The team behind the much-loved preschool dance classes, diddi dance, recently held their annual conference for their over 40 franchisees and diddi dance Lancaster, Preston and Kendal have reason to celebrate as they came away from the conference with the award for diddi deliverer.

The diddi dance Conference takes place over 2-days, once a year and is an opportunity for all franchisees to come together, network, share best practice and take part in multiple workshops to help them better their business for the upcoming year. At every conference diddi dance Founder, Anne-Marie Martin, likes to recognise those franchisees who have worked hard and excelled in different areas of their business over the past year. The awards are presented in 10 different categories ranging from Social Media use to Growth of Business.

Nicola Buccelli, who Lancaster Preston and Kendal, took home the diddi deliverer award.  This new award is to recognise the franchisee who is running their business at the highest standards.

When asked how she felt about winning diddi deliverer, Nicola commented “I’m so proud to be recognised for all the hard work and commitment to diddi dance. The principles of diddi dance are so simple yet so important and for me to be able to offer the classes in my local area makes me incredibly proud.”

Nicola, formerly a professional dancer, is wife to Bruno of “Buccelli’s”, Church Street and has been teaching the diddi dance classes across Lancaster, Preston and Kendal for 5 years. Nicola is the only diddi dance franchisee to have won awards at 3 consecutive diddi dance conferences! Nicola has a team of 7 highly qualified, motivated teachers who lead the classes to the highest standards: Alison Sibbert, Ruth Alderson, Bethany Dawson, Holly Brown, Ashleigh Duncan, Rebecca Nichols and Amy McKay.

To add to the excitement of the award win, diddi dance Lancaster, Preston and Kendal has also been accredited by the Children’s Activity Association. Giving parents peace of mind that the classes and its practises are run to the highest standards. diddi dance Lancaster, Preston and Kendal also have a great relationship with many of the local nursery and preschools where they run sessions that compliment the EYFS.

Anne-Marie Commented on Nicola’s award win: “Nicola won this award because she is an inspiration to the network. She has attention to detail, is a positive role model and juggles all the elements of her franchise brilliantly.”
