Munro Greenhalgh go from Strength to Strength!

Ramsbottom Insurance company Munro Greenhalgh are delighted to announce that Richard Ernill has now joined as Commercial Account Executive. His role will be looking after existing clients, seeking new opportunities and initially focussing on assisting with the launch of the new KBB product (a bespoke insurance package for the Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom sector).

Ian Hayes, Director at Munro Greenhalgh, said, “These are really exciting times for us – moving on from the recent management restructure, we are delighted to have attracted someone of Richard’s calibre to join us. He fits well with our customer focused approach and his local knowledge and experience will benefit our business – especially as we launch the new KBB Insure!”

Richard, who has lived in Summerseat for almost all of his 46 years and is well known in sporting circles as the captain and chairman of Brooksbottom Cricket Club, says he is extremely excited by this new chapter in his career. “My experience in the industry goes back to 1991 when I joined Moscrop Robinson & Chadwick Insurance Brokers in Bury.

Here I enjoyed the astute tutelage of Russ Walker and went on to complete all my insurance qualifications. My last position was Director at Jones Taylor Steven (JTS) in Walkden.  Munro Greenhalgh was a ‘no brainer’ for me – as Ian has said: we are a perfect ‘fit’ as we are equally client focussed and service driven. On top of this I will no longer have to battle the M60 every day as I have for 16 years!”
