KTG Social Care celebrate a decade in business

This week we see the start of a series of events to celebrate the tenth anniversary of KTG Recruitment t/a KTG Social Care, which officially opened for business in August 2007. Operating originally from the third floor of 1 Fishergate Court and starting with a team of four, the business has grown steadily over the last decade and now accommodates the whole building, employing a full time team of twelve, plus one hundred field based carers and nurses.

Success within a sector driven by legislation and financial restraints requires the ability to adapt a chameleon approach to business and this is something that Directors Godwin and Reena Anthony have always recognised, understanding that long term business success requires the need to constantly innovate and reinvent.

With embedded core values and a dedicated team behind them, the KTG business model has been constantly reviewed and successfully adapted to meet the demands of an ever changing sector. Quality has always been at the forefront of their service and through both the Recruitment Agency and Homecare Services, the KTG team proudly provide trained staff and a unique 24 hour service specialising in palliative care, night shifts and sitting services for both public and private sector clients across Lancashire.

Clearly, this dedicated team have a lot to celebrate and to commemorate their decade in business they were joined at their offices on 1st August, 2017 by the Mayor and Mayoress of Preston, along with business dignitaries and importantly some of their existing clients to get the party started!
