Energy Management Company and CGA work in perfect synergy

CGA has been working in partnership with W Hughes & Son Ltd, North West Installer of the Year 2017, for two years and the successful partnership continues to flourish.

Funded by the Energy Company Obligation Scheme the work carried out by W Hughes & Son Ltd consists of installing loft insulation, cavity wall insulation and providing EPC certificates. John, Installations Operative said “It’s saving tenants money. Without good insulation 25% of your heating costs goes straight through the roof! It’s great that we’re able to help minimise this and help residents save money.”

Having helped CGA manage the energy efficiency of over 300 properties and inspected over 580, further energy management work with the local company is scheduled as CGA continue to ensure each of their properties remain energy efficient.
