International foreign currency exchange company ‘Currency Matters’ based in Ormskirk, celebrated 15 years in business by hosting a Charity Golf Day and Gala Evening to raise funds for Variety, the Children’s Charity on Thursday 15th June at Hurlston Hall Golf Club.

Over 60 plus golfers joined ‘Currency Matters’ for breakfast followed by a shotgun start 4-ball for the afternoon.

A few very familiar faces in the sporting world such as Steve McMahon, Roy Evans, Joe Royle, Ronnie Whelan, Alan Kennedy, Phil Neal, Callum Smith, Liam Smith, Leon Osman, Stephen Warnock, Nick Chadwick and Derek Mountfield turned up to support the Charity Golf Day and to play in teams for Currency Matters.

On the wonderful sunny afternoon, the golfers enjoyed refreshments sponsored by ‘Investec’.
