Assured Cleaning contract with CGA

Preston Based Housing Association Community Gateway Association (CGA) has appointed local commercial and contract cleaning company Assured Cleaning Services following a value for money based procurement programme.

Leigh Bentley, Facilities Manager at CGA said “Quality of service and value for money are important to us at CGA and Assured Cleaning were able to meet our expectations.”

Assured Cleaning will undertake the cleaning and window cleaning at CGA’s head office and their sheltered housing schemes.

Tom Jordan Director of Assured Cleaning Services said “We are delighted to have been awarded this 3 year contract with CGA and being able to secure local employment contracts is great for Lancashire.”
