Preston accountants launch toiletries collection for local homelessness charity

A top Preston-based accountancy firm has launched a campaign to collect toiletries for a local homelessness charity.

Rotherham Taylor Limited is collecting toiletries between now and the end of July for the Foxton Centre, the firm’s charity of the year.

Accountants and staff at the firm are asking for donations of toiletries or unwanted gift sets over the coming weeks.

Amongst the items they are looking to collect are toothbrushes and toothpaste, soap, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, razors, tissues and shampoo.

Chloe Greenbank, a Manager at Rotherham Taylor Limited, said: “The Foxton Centre makes a real difference to people here in Preston and that is why we have been so keen to support it as our charity of the year.

“Some of the key things the Foxton Centre needs in order to be able to look after people affected by homelessness are toiletries and so we are looking to collect as many as possible from the team here, clients and the public.”

Anyone wishing to donate to the collection organised by Rotherham Taylor Limited can do so by visiting the firm’s offices at 21 Navigation Business Village, Navigation Way, Preston, PR2 2YP.
