Kommerling business continues to grow creating new opportunities for staff

Preston based Kommerling has announced that due to continuing demand for its products it will be creating two new roles to work in its manufacturing facility. The roles will require staff to work on a shift basis and they will be involved in the production of the company’s Cilbond product range of specialist bonding products.

Lee Foulkes, General Manager, said; “The demand for our products is showing no decline. In fact, in the last year sales to China have increased by 20 percent. As a result, we need additional staff to ensure that we can continue to manufacture the products to the standard and timeframes required to fulfil this international demand.”

In addition, the company has also promoted Sandra Delaney to work in the export sales office. Sandra joined the company in 1997 as a receptionist and will have the opportunity to develop her skills in the specialist area of export sales and shipping.

Lee continues; “Sandra has proven herself to be a valuable member of the team and we are delighted that she has accepted this new role in our Customer Services Team.”
