Holker support is ROQ solid

ROQ, the strategic software testing solutions provider, has teamed up with IT specialists Holker IT, of Preston and Colne.

Holker IT will provide a complete support package – including the provision of a virtual IT manager – at ROQ’s world class Test Lab in Chorley.

ROQ co-founder and director, Mark Bargh, said: “We provide software testing solutions to clients all over the world, in many different locations and time zones. It’s imperative that our own IT is always robust and reliable, in order to continue delivering the high level of service that we offer. The ROQ team

is looking forward to working with Holker IT at an exciting time of growth for us.”

Holker IT managing director, Matthew Metcalfe, said: “To be chosen to provide IT support for a technology company of ROQ’s standing is a major coup for us. Software drives business these days and both our companies fully understand the importance of keeping everything running smoothly for clients.

After meeting with management and staff at ROQ, we have created a bespoke system to suit specific requirements, including a virtual IT manager and a fully-manned helpdesk.”
