PRESTON FIRM EXPANDS INTO THE MIDLANDS

A PRESTON signage company has secured new business opportunities which will see the firm branch out into the Midlands.

Sign Build, found on the Red Scar Industrial Estate, is now manufacturing all aspects of signage for high-profile housebuilder Countryside Properties throughout its Midlands Division.

The company already enjoys a strong working relationship with Countryside Properties and it was through a recommendation from Countryside Properties North Division that saw Sign Build become the official signage firm for the Midlands.

As well as the more traditional elements, Sign Build has already completed a full branded signage project following Countryside Partnerships Midlands’ relocation to new offices in Wolverhampton as well as projects in different areas of the Midlands.

Mark Cowin, director of Sign Build, said: “The latest deal with Countryside Properties Midlands Division cements our standing within the housebuilder industry.

“We’re extremely proud to extend our working relationship, we completed a variety of different signage projects for Countryside Properties Partnerships North and to be asked to complete work in the Midlands is a testament to the hard work we as a business have put in.”

The work at the new Wolverhampton offices saw a full branded signage project in the open plan offices, wrapping doors in printed vinyl and adding in stand-off wall panels in the board rooms, all of which displayed product photography and company mantras.

Sign Build has also designed, manufactured and installed signage at upcoming Countryside developments in Birmingham, Telford and West Bromwich.

Cowin added: “We pride ourselves on conducting each signage project to the best of our ability; the full branded signage project saw us install a number of different designs of signage. This shows our flexibility as a business and how we can tailor each request to the client’s need.

“This is just the start of something huge with Countryside Partnerships Midlands.”
