Customer journey the topic of conversation at next CIM event in Blackburn

Businesses are invited to attend a CIM event at Blackburn College on 15 May, which will discuss the customer journey.

Andy Davies, who is organising the event, explained, “An excellent customer experience whilst exceeding expectations is not a new concept, however doing it right and consistently can mean a much bigger bottom line.”  He continued, “Therefore we are delighted to welcome Dawn Holmes MBA, BEng, FCIM and Chartered Marketer, a leading authority here in the North West on customer experience and customer engagement, with her acclaimed presentation on the significance, measurement and monitoring of the customer journey.  Delegates will gain tools, ideas and concepts that can be implemented immediately, whilst creating competitive advantage.”

He concluded, “Dawn’s passion, logic and energy is contagious and will leave you talking about this event for months.  So please book early as this event is guaranteed to be sold out.”

The event, sponsored by The Candidate, is titled ‘Refining your customer journey’ and is open to CIM members and non-members.

For more information or to book go to http://regions.cim.co.uk/events or call 01628 427340 during office hours.
