Preston accountants’ cloud service is ready for take-off

A leading Preston-based accountancy firm is set to launch its brand new cloud accounting service next month.

Rotherham Taylor Limited is inviting local businesses to the launch of its RT Clarity service, which will enable clients to keep track of their finances in real-time using the software package of their choice, for an all-inclusive fee.

The launch will take place at Ribby Hall Village, Ribby Road, Preston, PR4 2PR from 4pm on Thursday 20 April 2017.

Rebecca Bradshaw, a Director at Rotherham Taylor Limited, said: “We are delighted to be launching RT Clarity. We have designed this new service to give business owners valuable real-time date on their financial position at their fingertips.

“Most businesses will need to make the transition to cloud accounting over the coming years as the Government implements its Making Tax Digital policy, which will require quarterly digital reporting to HM Revenue & Customs. Making the transition to cloud accounting at an early stage will help take the stress out of the move to quarterly digital reporting.

“I would encourage any businesses that have not yet made the move to cloud accounting to join us at the launch of RT Clarity to find out more about what we are offering.”

Anyone wishing to attend the launch can book their place today by visiting www.rtaccountats.co.uk/clarity or by contacting Chloe Greenbank at Rotherham Taylor Limited on 01772 745865.

Ahead of the formal launch on 20 April 2017, Rotherham Taylor Limited will also be showcasing RT Clarity at the Lancashire Business Expo on Friday 24 March 2017. The firm will be offering delegates the chance to win an overnight stay for two at the luxurious Imperial Hotel in Blackpool.
