Baines Wilson LLP, the specialist corporate and commercial law firm based in Lancaster and Carlisle has appointed Imogen Duck to their expanding Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.
Imogen qualified as a solicitor in 2015, previously working for a local Lancaster firm. She joins Baines Wilson’s growing dispute resolution and litigation team.
Imogen deals with all aspects of commercial litigation and has particular experience in acting for haulage companies based in and out of the UK, in UK Border Agency and HM Revenue & Customs disputes.
