M65 Recruitment celebrates its tenth anniversary

M65 Recruitment is an award-winning Engineering, Manufacturing and Commercial sector focused recruitment agency, based in Lancashire. They specialise in providing permanent and contract personnel at all levels. Located in Blackburn, just off Junction 5 M65, the team celebrated its tenth anniversary in January 2017.

Mission

Their base in East Lancashire is a hotbed for both Engineering and Manufacturing companies and consequently, demand for new staff is high. This opportunity is enhanced by their mission: “To build trust and rapport with every client and candidate alike, achieving this with a genuine interest in their requirements.”

Track record

The company was founded in 2007, by Mark Wiggan, who previously had worked for many years in the recruitment sector. During this time, Mark noticed that many companies were struggling to find potential new employees, with the right skill level and realised this was a great opportunity to develop his own high performing, knowledgeable and dedicated Engineering recruitment agency – M65 Recruitment.

Trustworthy

Clients’ trust in M65 Recruitment is centred on delivering pre-determined customer needs, in an efficient and effective way, in order to retain the experience and benefits of using a professional recruitment agency.

Growing

M65 Recruitment moved to its new location only 18 months ago, but their vision is to grow and expand, as they aim to be the No 1 local, independent recruiter, utilising a combination of new technology and old fashion values. This ensures that they can provide high calibre candidates to the companies they work with, ensuring their candidates are matched with the perfect role they seek.

Celebration

To help M65 Recruitment celebrate its tenth anniversary, they are offering 10% off all permanent placement fees until 28 February 2017, so if you have a vacancy you need to fill, you know where to go.

Award winning

Lancashire Telegraph’s Small Business of the Year 2012, recognised their success, hard work and professional approach.
